In terms of safety the cot is padded and has mesh sides for better ventilation, while its mattress is made from high-density foam for extra protection. It is also wipeable and you can keep the cot clean. It includes a fitted bed sheet that is suitable for the crib.
Unlike some other bedside cribs like the Roomie Glide is suitable for all beds, including divans, thanks to its straps and clip attachment. It can also be used as a stand-alone crib if it isn't connected to the bed. It is packed with incredible features that were that were designed with baby and parent bonding in mind.
It is crucial to keep in mind that this crib will not last as long as when your baby turns six months. You will have to buy a bigger cot. Overall, Roanna felt that the Joie Roomie Glide was a very good purchase and she particularly liked its elegant design.

The Tutti Bambini CoZee bedside crib is designed to give you an uninterrupted night's sleep. It features a drop side rail which can be easily lowered for nighttime feeds without having to disturb your little one or get out of bed It's perfect for breastfeeding mothers! It's also lightweight and easy to move around during naps or when traveling.
It's made from soft materials and has mesh sides that breathe to increase airflow. It comes in oak or charcoal with various melange fabrics that can be incorporated with most decor styles. Anna discovered that it was sturdy and secure once attached to her bed. The legs snapped into place and the zippers were secured for safety. It took Anna around 10 minutes to put together and did not require any tools. There are clear instructions, a video and a customer service number should you encounter any issues.
Alongside the usual features you'd expect from a crib for your bed such as the ability to connect to your existing bed with a stay-in-place connection system and six height levels The CoZee comes with an additional incline option which can be used to aid congestion or reflux in babies. It's also machine-washable, which is a necessity with all the dribble, vomit and snot that comes with having a new baby!

If you want to keep your baby close to you during the first six months when they're able to go to sleep on their own, the CoZee is a great option as it can also be used as a standalone crib, changing table and toddler bed. It can be turned into a sofa bed by the addition of an extension pack. While it won't magically put your baby to sleep or feed them, it will rock the baby and take them to school.
The Chicco Next2Me Magic
This is one of the more expensive options. It does have a lot of amazing features. It can be used as either a side-sleeper, or a standalone crib, and is suitable for babies from birth to six months. It's easy to open and close the side panel using a brand new mechanism. It's also more adjustable than its predecessor, with 11 different height levels and retractable feet for a secure installation under any bed.
Our testers loved the easy access to the side panel that can be moved up and down with just one push of a button. This was a huge benefit during feeding times at night as it meant that they could easily reach inside and pick up their baby without waking them up.
The side panel can be lowered by itself, too however, it's not recommended as this increases the chance of your baby falling out of the cot. The patented safety locking system ensures that the side panel will remain in place when it is connected correctly to the mattress of the parent. This feature is great to have peace of mind when you breastfeed and require frequent night feeds.
The Chicco Next2Me Magic is designed to be compatible with any bed that includes divan bases as well as beds with drawers thanks to the legs that telescopic. It also has tilting functions to help babies who are refluxy and a rocking mode that can bring them back to sleep after eating. It's also very spacious and provides great ventilation due to its mesh sides.
The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our testers despite the lengthy instruction manual. It's heavier than some of the other side-sleepers but it's still fairly mobile and can be moved from room room easily. It's also small enough to fit into its travel bag when not in use which is a bonus if you need to transport it. The only negative our testers have found is that the side panel didn't stretch as much as other models. This made it a little harder to see the baby from your bed.
The Shnuggle Air
The Shnuggle Air bedside crib is a great choice for an infant crib that will grow with your child. It's a co-sleeping crib that is securely attached to your bed and can be converted into a stylish cot when your baby is old enough. Ideal for feeding at night and enhancing the bond between you and your new born.
The Shnuggle Air crib is designed to breathe, which is different from other models. The mesh side panels with dual-view as well as the airflow mattress that is hypoallergenic and breathable increase airflow and keep your baby comfortable and cool. A gentle incline can help to ease colic and reflux and colic, while the zip-down side makes it easy to feed or comfort your baby throughout the night.
The kit for converting cots is also well-designed with clear instructions. It comes with everything you need. It took us around an hour to assemble, and was fairly simple to put together. The only downside was the lack of captions in writing on some of the pictures which made it difficult to understand some of the steps. However, overall it was an easy procedure and the quality of the materials used was excellent.

It's a great option for parents who do not want to go through the burden of putting their infant in a traditional cot, or getting them out of it.
